Processing Policies

SIF operates as a social enterprise under the legal registration of Southeast Asia Education and Investment Company Limited, with business licence: 0315237281, issued by The Planning and Investment Department in Ho Chi Minh City, dated August 22nd 2018. All NGOs, social entities and individuals can cooperate with SIF to increase the professionalism and transparency of the social projects, as well as creating an additional online fund raising channel for the convenience of the sponsors and donors. SIF calls for professional operation of all social projects through the compliance to this Processing Policies as following:

A. For the individual wants to cooperate his or her social project with SIF:

All individuals are running the social projects, which have no legal background, can cooperate with SIF as following steps:

  1. Registering and providing information of the social project through the form: https://sifsea.com/dang-ky-du-an-chuong-trinh
  2. After provided information of the projects approved by SIF, the project's owner can sign the agreement with SIF as the following commitments:
    • Commit on executing all activities and programs according to the provided information.
    • Providing the reports clearly and correctly after the project finished.
    • Timeline for beginning and ending the project has to be correct.
    • Listing the introduction information about SIF and its logo on all informational materials of the project.
    • Total fund raising from SIF shall be disputed 70% directly into the personal bank account of the project's owner.
    • 30% of total fund raising from SIF shall be remained to pay for the following costs:
      • 10% VAT Tax.
      • 7%-10% individual income tax of the project's owner.
      • 4% banking fees.
      • 2% corporate income tax.
      • 4% management fee of SIF.
    • The disputing timeline for the project shall be made according to the requests from the project's owner by 2 basic payments:
        • Payment 1: 80% of the total requested fund shall be made within 7 days from the date the project's owner sent request.
        • Payment 2: 20% remaining total requested fund after the project's owner submitted the final reports fully and correctly.

B. For the legal entity wants to cooperate their social project with SIF:

  1. Registering and providing information of the social project through the form: https://sifsea.com/dang-ky-du-an-chuong-trinh
  2. After provided information of the projects approved by SIF, the legal representative of the project can sign the agreement with SIF as the following commitments:
    • Commit on executing all activities and programs according to the provided information.
    • Providing the reports clearly and correctly after the project finished.
    • Timeline for beginning and ending the project has to be correct.
    • Listing the introduction information about SIF and its logo on all informational materials of the project.
    • Total fund raising from SIF shall be disputed 80% directly to the bank account of the legal entity of the project.
    • 20% of total fund raising from SIF shall be remained to pay for the following costs:
      • 10% VAT Tax.
      • 4% banking fees.
      • 2% corporate income tax.
      • 4% management fee of SIF.
    • The disputing timeline for the project shall be made according to the requests from the project's owner by 2 basic payments:
        • Payment 1: 80% of the total requested fund shall be made within 7 days from the date the project's owner sent request.
        • Payment 2: 20% remaining total requested fund after the project's owner submitted the final reports fully and correctly.

THIS PROCESSING POLICIES AIMS TO PROFESSIONALISE AND MAKE TRANSPARENCY ALL SOCIAL ACTIVITIES THAT FUNDED BY SIF. AFTER BECOMING PARTNERSHIP WITH SIF, ALL PROJECTS STILL ALLOW TO DO OTHER FUND RAISING INDEPENDENTLY WITHOUT USING SIF.

*** The management fee of SIF is paying for: maintenance costs, office costs, management costs, human resources costs, administration costs, re-investment costs and other operating costs... SIF also use the management fee to create additional funds to develop more social projects and activities.
